Bali airport meet & greet is a personal assistance service where a Bali Fast Tracks greeter meets you in the public arrival hall AFTER you have cleared immigration and customs on your own. The greeter helps with luggage, provides orientation, escorts you to your driver or onward transport, and handles any local-language communication.
This service is genuinely useful for off-peak overnight arrivals (when immigration is fast anyway), first-time visitors who want a friendly face on landing, and budget travellers who don't need the full fast-track experience. It is NOT a substitute for arrival fast track — if you want to skip the immigration line, you need Arrival Fast Track ($55) or higher.

If you're arriving 02:00–06:00 when the airport is quiet, meet & greet may be all you need. If you're arriving 10:00–13:00 or 22:00–01:00 (the peak windows), fast track saves substantially more time than the $20 price difference.

- Overnight arrivals (02:00–05:00) — immigration is typically 10–20 minutes; the assistance value is in luggage, language, and driver coordination
- First-time visitors — having someone explain the airport layout and confirm your driver is real
