Licensed & insured

We are licensed by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism (TDUP) with NIB business identification and NPWP tax registration. All greeters carry official airport access ID badges.

Landed at 11:30am after a 6am Sydney departure with our two toddlers (2 and 4). The standard immigration line was wrapped around the hall — easily 90+ minutes. Our greeter Made was waiting at the jet bridge, took our hand luggage, and walked us straight to the diplomatic counter. We were in our hotel transfer car 12 minutes after deplaning. Worth every dollar.
