Bali Fast Tracks Policies — Refund, Privacy & Terms
Plain-English policies covering refunds, privacy, and terms of service. We commit to fair treatment, transparent pricing, and Indonesian PDP Law / GDPR compliance.
Our Policies — Quick Index
Why We Publish Plain-English Policies
Most airport service operators bury cancellation rules, refund timelines, and data handling in dense legal text. We disagree with that approach. Travellers booking a $105–$1,500 service have a right to understand what they're agreeing to in plain language.
Our policies are written by humans for humans. Where Indonesian law requires specific phrasing, we cite the legal basis but explain it in plain English. Where international consumer-protection rules (EU GDPR, UK DPA) grant additional rights, we honour them globally regardless of where you booked from.
