Why We Publish Plain-English Policies

Most airport service operators bury cancellation rules, refund timelines, and data handling in dense legal text. We disagree with that approach. Travellers booking a $55–$899 service have a right to understand what they're agreeing to in plain language.

Our policies are written by humans for humans. Where Indonesian law requires specific phrasing, we cite the legal basis but explain it in plain English. Where international consumer-protection rules (EU GDPR, UK DPA) grant additional rights, we honour them globally regardless of where you booked from.

Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar (Bali District Court) under Indonesian law. EU and UK consumers retain rights under local consumer-protection laws and may file complaints with their local authority. We've never had a complaint reach a consumer authority — we resolve directly via good-faith mediation.
No, never. We collect only what's necessary for service delivery, share with parties legally required (Indonesian immigration, airport authority for greeter access, payment processors), and retain only as long as required by Indonesian tax law (7 years for accounting records, 2 years for active service data).
