How Much Does Bali Fast Track Cost in 2027? Full Price Guide

July 2026

Bali airport fast track costs $105 per adult in 2027 for a one-way arrival or departure service. Across the whole market, prices run from about $25 for basic meet-and-assist to $1,500 for round-trip VVIP concierge. Children aged 2–5 pay $70 on the standard tier, infants are free, and groups of five or more save 10%.

Two services both called “Bali fast track” can differ by a factor of ten in price because they are, in practice, different products. This guide lists every 2027 price on our menu, compares the wider market, and says plainly when you should not pay at all.

What a fast track fee actually buys, and what it never includes

The fee pays for people and access: a licensed agent who meets you inside the terminal, a designated priority lane at immigration, help with arrival documents and customs, and hands on your baggage. It does not, and cannot, include government charges. Two apply to most visitors in 2027:

  • e-VOA / Visa on Arrival government fee: IDR 500,000 (roughly $32). This goes to Indonesian immigration, not to any service provider.
  • Bali tourism levy: IDR 150,000 per person, paid online via the official Love Bali portal or at the airport.

No operator can waive either fee, so always check whether a quoted price says “includes government VOA fee” in writing. Ours does on the bundle: the VOA + Fast Track package is $210 and that figure already contains the IDR 500,000 government fee.

Package tiers work differently: Essential is $105 per person, Premium is $500 (the most-booked tier, adding airbridge meet and greet, lounge access, VOA processing with the government fee, and a luxury Alphard transfer), and VVIP is $1,500 with round-trip concierge covering both your arrival and your departure. Children aged 2–5 pay $70, $350, and $1,050 respectively on those tiers. Infants under two are always free. Children six and older are priced as adults.

How the wider market prices the same service

For an honest comparison, here is what other operators and resale platforms advertise for DPS fast track. These are their numbers, not ours:

Provider / platformAdvertised priceWhat that price covers, as advertised
Bali Fast Track Service$25–55Basic meet-and-assist range
Wandernesia$65 / $109Marketplace fast track listings
Bali Fast ForwardIDR 650,000Local-priced fast track package
balifasttrack.com$249Premium-positioned single service

Read that table without cynicism: the $25–55 options are real, and for some travellers the right choice. The gap between $25 and $105 is not margin, it is scope.

Why quotes range from $25 to $1,500

Five variables move the price:

  • Where they meet you. Budget services often collect you after passport control or in the arrivals hall. Higher tiers meet you at the airbridge, before any queue forms.
  • Shared or private agent. Sub-$50 services often group several bookings under one escort. At $105 you get a personal agent for your party alone, plus 24/7 WhatsApp support and flight-delay protection.
  • Visa handling. Whether the agent processes your VOA and whether the IDR 500,000 government fee is inside the price. This alone explains a $105–140 swing between quotes.
  • Baggage and customs. Watching the carousel, porterage, and customs declaration help are standard for us and optional extras elsewhere.
  • Transport and lounge. Once a lounge visit and a chauffeured car enter the package, you are in the $500-and-up bracket everywhere.

The market pattern: under $70 buys guidance, $105 buys a dedicated escort with the queue removed, $500 buys a door-to-door arrival, and four figures buys privacy and ceremony.

The value math: cost per minute saved

In peak periods the standard immigration line at DPS runs 60–120 minutes, while a fast-tracked arrival clears in 5–8 minutes. Call it 55–115 minutes saved. At $105, that is $0.91 to $1.91 per minute saved, or about $1.17 per minute on a typical 90-minute saving. Whether that is worth it depends on what your first 90 minutes in Bali are worth to you; after a red-eye with two children, most parents answer quickly.

The Premium tier has cleaner math. Booked separately, its components cost $105 fast track + $105 VOA processing + $105 lounge + $280 private transfer = $595. The bundled price is $500, so the package is cheaper than its parts. VVIP at $1,500 is deliberately not a savings play: you are paying for round-trip concierge on arrival and departure, priority baggage delivered to the car, a complimentary SIM, flexible rebooking, and near-zero contact with public queues. If that white-glove level is what you are shopping for, the concierge specialists at Bali Fast Track Airport, our sister brand, run the same tiers with the full luxury treatment.

When fast track is not worth paying for

We sell this service, and we will still tell you when to keep your $105:

  • You qualify for the autogates and arrive prepared. An e-passport holder with an approved e-VOA and the tourism levy paid online can often clear the electronic gates quickly. Do the paperwork yourself with our e-VOA guide, pay the IDR 500,000 government fee online, and stand in a short line for free.
  • You are travelling solo with carry-on only in a quiet window. No checked bag plus a light arrivals bank means fast track saves you very little.
  • You hold a KITAS or KITAP. Residents have their own lanes and rarely need assistance.
  • Your budget is genuinely tight. A $32 e-VOA done at home beats a $210 bundle if time pressure is not a factor for you.

The reverse cases are just as clear: December–January and July–August peak waves, night arrival clusters around 9–11 pm, families with children under six who cannot use the autogates, elderly travellers, and anyone with a tight onward connection. We keep a fuller decision framework in our guide to whether Bali fast track is worth it.

Family and group pricing, worked out

Real numbers for common bookings on the Essential tier:

  • Couple: 2 × $105 = $210.
  • Family of three (two adults, one child aged four): $105 + $105 + $70 = $280, which is exactly where the dedicated Family Fast Track service starts, and that product carries a 10% family discount.
  • Family of four (two adults, a seven-year-old, a three-year-old): $105 + $105 + $105 + $70 = $385. Children six and up count as adults.
  • Group of five adults: 5 × $105 = $525, minus the 10% group discount = $472.50.
  • Ten or more: custom quote at 15% off tier pricing.

One family-specific note: autogate age rules send children under six to a staffed counter regardless of what the adults do. A family fast track keeps everyone in one lane with one agent, which is most of what parents are buying.

Booking, refunds, and 2027 timing

Minimum booking lead time is 4 hours, though 24–72 hours ahead is the norm, and in the December–January and July–August peaks book as soon as your flights are ticketed. Refunds are simple: more than 24 hours out, full refund; 12–24 hours, 50%; inside 12 hours, free reschedule.

One 2027-specific date to plan around: Nyepi falls on 8 March 2027, and Bali’s airport shuts for the day of silence. Flights compress into 7 and 9 March, so immigration halls and assistance slots fill early that week. If you only need the road leg rather than airport assistance, a dedicated operator like Bali Luxury Transfer handles chauffeured airport runs on their own; our private transfer add-on is priced from $280.

To price your exact party, start with the arrival fast track service and add only what you need. Nobody should pay for a lounge they will not sit in.

FAQ

How much does Bali fast track cost in 2027?

A one-way arrival or departure fast track costs $105 per adult. Package tiers are $105 (Essential), $500 (Premium, with lounge, VOA processing, and luxury transfer), and $1,500 (VVIP, round-trip concierge). Market-wide, budget meet-and-assist services advertise from about $25–65.

Is the visa on arrival included in the fast track price?

Not in the base $105 service. The VOA government fee of IDR 500,000 (about $32) is a state charge every visitor pays. Our VOA + Fast Track bundle at $210 includes both the processing assistance and that government fee, and the Premium tier includes VOA processing as well.

Do children pay full price for Bali fast track?

Children aged 2–5 pay reduced rates: $70 on Essential, $350 on Premium, and $1,050 on VVIP. Infants under two are free. Children six and older are priced as adults.

Why do some providers charge under $50 for fast track?

Smaller scope: many budget services share one escort between several parties, meet you after passport control rather than at the airbridge, and exclude VOA handling, baggage help, and transfers. Legitimate for solo travellers with simple needs, just a different product.

Is there a discount for groups?

Yes. Groups of five or more get 10% off, and groups of ten or more get 15% off with a custom quote. Five adults on Essential, for example, come to $472.50 instead of $525.

Can I get a refund if my plans change?

Cancellations more than 24 hours before arrival are refunded in full, 12–24 hours out you receive 50%, and inside 12 hours you can reschedule free. Flight-delay protection means a late plane does not void the booking.

When should I skip fast track entirely?

Skip it if you have an e-passport with an approved e-VOA and prepaid tourism levy, travel carry-on only, and land outside the peak waves, or if you hold a KITAS/KITAP. In those cases the autogate lanes are usually quick enough that $105 buys very little.
