How VOA Fast Track Works
Booking + form pre-fill
You book online and complete a 5-field form (passport details, flight number, accommodation address). We pre-fill the official e-VOA application on your behalf 12 hours before your flight if you opt in.
Aerobridge greeting
Our greeter meets you at the aerobridge as your aircraft doors open, holding a sign with your name. They confirm your VOA status before leading you through the airport.
VOA counter (or skip)
If your e-VOA was pre-approved, we skip the VOA counter entirely. If on-arrival processing is needed, our agent handles the documentation while you wait in a seated area — typically under 5 minutes.
Priority immigration lane
You proceed to the diplomatic / VIP immigration counter for stamp-in. Average stamp time: 90 seconds.
