Stress-free arrival with two toddlers — saved our holiday start

“Landed at 11:30am after a 6am Sydney departure with our two toddlers (2 and 4). The standard immigration line was wrapped around the hall — easily 90+ minutes. Our greeter Made was waiting at the jet bridge, took our hand luggage, and walked us straight to the diplomatic counter. We were in our hotel transfer car 12 minutes after deplaning. Worth every dollar.”

Booked the VVIP for our 25th anniversary — exceeded expectations

“We splashed out on the round-trip VVIP for our anniversary. From the moment we landed, we felt like the most important people in the airport. The greeter Putri remembered our anniversary and had a small bouquet waiting at the lounge. Departure 8 days later was equally smooth. Exactly what concierge service should be.”

Last-minute booking saved a delayed connection

“Flight from Dubai was 3 hours late, landed at 2am with a 7am domestic connection to Lombok. Booked via WhatsApp from the plane while taxiing — confirmed in 8 minutes. Greeter waiting at gate, immigration in 4 minutes, into the Premier Lounge by 2:30am. Without this I would have missed my Lombok flight. Lifesaver.”

Group booking for 22-person wedding party — flawless coordination

“Twenty-two of us across 4 different flights for a 3-day Bali wedding. Bali Fast Tracks set up a dedicated coordinator (Anita) who managed everything — manifests, multi-vehicle transfer, branded welcome signs at the gate. Several guests said it was the smoothest international arrival they had ever had.”

VOA + fast track combo — exactly what was promised

“First time to Indonesia, did not want to deal with the e-VOA application from Canada. Booked Premium knowing they would handle it. Greeter Wayan met us at the gate with our VOA already approved — we walked past the VOA queue (60+ people deep) straight to immigration. Full $199 value delivered.”

Worth every cent for elderly parents

“Travelling with my parents (78 and 81) and two teenagers. The standard 90-minute queue would have been physically very hard. Wheelchair was waiting (coordinated 24 hours ahead), greeter was patient, the pace was set by my dad. Lounge afterwards meant we could rest before the drive to Ubud.”

Solo female traveller — felt safe throughout

“I use fast track services in airports where I am unfamiliar. Bali Fast Tracks was excellent — the greeter introduced herself, walked me through immigration, helped me identify my legitimate booked driver from the crowd of touts, and gave me a card with the operations WhatsApp in case I needed help. Felt looked-after, not rushed.”

Tier 1 Essential at midnight — short but useful

“Late November arrival on the Brisbane red-eye. Tier 1 Essential at $55 was perfect — no lounge needed, just immigration skip and hand-off to driver. Total time from plane to hotel transfer car: 11 minutes. Solid value.”

Honest Notes — What Reviewers Sometimes Critique

We share the few non-5-star reviews honestly:

“Greeter was 5 minutes late”

Our response: Occasional flight monitoring lag during simultaneous arrivals. We’ve since improved staffing during peak windows.

“Wished the lounge had more vegetarian options”

Our response: Premier Lounge has improved its vegetarian buffet since this review (Feb 2025). We now confirm dietary preferences at booking.

“Felt rushed through with the greeter answering WhatsApp”

Our response: A single instance during a peak holiday week. We retrained the greeter and changed protocol — greeters now use earpieces silently for urgent operations comms.

Saving time during peak immigration windows is the #1 reason (cited in 76% of reviews), followed by family travel with children or elderly (28%), connecting flight protection (15%), and value-of-time business travel (12%). The most-used phrase across all reviews is 'stress-free.'
Few. We've had a small number of 3-4 star reviews mostly around peak-period staffing pressure (greeter 5 minutes late) or specific lounge complaints (vegetarian options). We respond to every review and use them to improve. We've also had two refund requests for service we couldn't deliver during a 2024 airport closure — both refunded in full immediately.
