About Bali Fast Tracks — Licensed VIP Airport Service in Bali
We are Bali's transparent, traveller-first VIP airport service. Operating since 2019, licensed by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism, part of Juara Holding Group. Here's who we are and what we believe.
Bali Fast Tracks — Company Facts
Why We Built Bali Fast Tracks
Bali receives more than 6 million international visitors per year. The Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS) was built for far fewer. The result: routine 90-minute immigration queues, exhausted families on red-eye arrivals, missed connections, and ruined first impressions of the island.
We started Bali Fast Tracks in 2019 because we travel ourselves and we knew the existing fast-track services in Bali had problems: opaque pricing, surprise surcharges, dated booking systems, untrained greeters, and broken English communication. We built the service we wanted to use ourselves.
What Makes Us Different
Aerobridge greeting — not lobby greeting
Most "fast track" services in Bali meet you in the immigration hall AFTER you've queued. We board the jet bridge as your aircraft door opens. The line is skipped, not joined.
Transparent pricing in USD and IDR
The price displayed is the price charged. We do not add 9% "processing surcharges" at checkout. Children half price; infants free; family-of-4 discount automatic. Cancellation policy explicit and fair.
Licensed and tax-registered
We hold TDUP tourism business license, NIB business identification number, and NPWP corporate tax registration. Many fast-track operators in Bali are unlicensed individuals freelancing through WhatsApp groups; we are a registered Indonesian PT (limited company) with proper legal standing.
Real-time flight tracking
We monitor your flight from 24 hours before scheduled arrival via airline data feed. Delays of any length are handled without action from you. Greeters reposition automatically.
Trained, multilingual greeter team
All greeters complete a 6-week training program covering airport navigation, immigration protocols, customer service, multilingual communication, and emergency procedures. Greeters carry official airport access ID and pass background checks.
Our Team

Operations
Our operations team comprises 28 full-time greeters at DPS, 4 dedicated supervisors, 2 group coordinators, and 24/7 operations control room staff. Greeters work in shifts to provide round-the-clock coverage including overnight arrivals.

Customer service
Our customer service team operates 24/7 via WhatsApp, email, and phone. Average response time: 4 minutes during business hours, 12 minutes overnight. We respond in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and (with reasonable delays) in Mandarin and Russian.

Senior leadership
Bali Fast Tracks is led by a senior team with combined 30+ years of experience in Indonesian tourism, hospitality operations, and airport ground services. Backgrounds include Plaza Premium Lounge, Garuda Indonesia, JW Marriott, and Banyan Tree.
Juara Holding Group
Bali Fast Tracks is part of Juara Holding Group, an Indonesian travel-services holding company also operating:
Komodo Luxury
Luxury yacht charters in Komodo National Park, Raja Ampat, and the Indonesian archipelago.
Indonesia Juara Trip
Premium tour operations across Bali, Lombok, Komodo, Yogyakarta, and Sumatra.
Juara Aviation
Private aviation handling and FBO services at DPS Annex.
The shared infrastructure across the group means our airport service is supported by the same standards, technology, and supplier relationships that operate luxury yachts and bespoke tours.
Our Commitments
Service guarantee
If we fail to skip the immigration line on a peak-hour arrival (defined as 10:00–13:00 or 22:00–01:00 with standard line of 45+ minutes), we refund 100% of the fast-track fee. This guarantee is rarely invoked because the diplomatic lane is reliably faster — but it stands as our commitment.
No tipping pressure
Our greeters are paid a fair living wage (above Indonesian minimum wage standards). Tips are optional and never expected. If a greeter solicits a tip, we want to know about it — please report to operations@balifasttracks.com.
Environmental commitment
Our paperless booking system, shared transfer vehicles, and Indonesian-staffed operations minimise environmental impact. We are members of the Bali Sustainable Tourism Forum.
