Tier 1 Essential ($55+$55+$28 = $138) — fast track is the main value here; lounge is overkill for short connections.
Couple + 2 children + grandmother (5 pax)
Tier 2 Premium ($199×2 + $100×2 + $199 = $797 minus 10% family discount = $717) — VOA processing across multiple passports, lounge access for the wait, and luxury transfer with car seats. Strongly recommended.
Multi-generational family of 8
Tier 3 VVIP ($399×6 + $200×2 = $2,794 minus 10% family discount = $2,515) — round-trip + dedicated family coordinator + multiple porters. Or contact us for custom group pricing.
Family-Specific Practicalities at DPS
Stroller check-in
Most airlines allow strollers gate-side until boarding. We collect strollers from baggage claim on arrival and reunite the family at the carousel in under 4 minutes.
Car seats in transfers
Indonesian law requires child restraint for ages 0–4. Our Premium and VVIP tiers include car seat installation for the airport transfer — confirm child age and weight at booking.
Children's passport requirements
Children require their own passport to enter Indonesia. e-VOA application is per-passport. Our family booking flow accommodates multiple passport details.
Bali tourism levy for children
The IDR 150,000 Bali tourism levy applies to all foreign visitors regardless of age. For a family of 4 this is IDR 600,000 (~$40). We can include the levy payment in your booking.

"What if my baby is sleeping when we land?"
Our greeters are experienced — pace matches your needs, no urgency. The whole process can be done at infant-carrying pace without losing the line-skip benefit.
"What if my child has a meltdown during the process?"
Greeters carry water and have a small comfort kit (stickers, small toys for ages 3-7). We can also pause briefly in the family lounge if needed.
"My elderly mother uses a wheelchair — is that an issue?"
Not at all. DPS provides wheelchair service free on request. We coordinate this with your booking 24 hours ahead. The diplomatic-priority lane is wheelchair-accessible.
"Can we add the Bali tourism levy and SIM cards to one booking?"
Yes. Our booking flow lets you add tourism levy payment ($10 per person), Indonesian SIM cards ($5 per person), and child seats ($10 per seat) as line items.
